HOLO Group Dynamic is a product + app concept that measures group interaction patterns and provides real-time feedback to support better collaboration. The goal is to make “invisible” team dynamics visible and help teams build psychologically safe working environments.

Concept basis: Inspired by the Sociometer approach from MIT’s Human Dynamics research, often framed through “honest signals” in social interaction.  

My role: Developed the research framing and thesis narrative (Title: Wertekompass), translated insights into a concrete interaction concept, and designed the product/app experience (logic, UI direction, and feedback principles).

Visibility: Featured on the German Design Graduates platform.
