My role: Co-developed the communication concept and translated it into a cohesive brand and communication system across digital and physical touchpoints. Supported strategic communication thinking and led/produced key design outputs.

Context: The project started with a kick-off workshop with Sebastian Neumann and Franka Ismer to map expectations and align on design directions, then continued through concept development and implementation over the following year. The program was later discontinued after funding ended, and the website was taken down.
